I moved into a new home in December which unfortunately had First Utility as suppliers I called straight away to give my moving in meter readings & to tell them I want to cancel and move to another supplier, they said I had to wait for 1 month then I could leave 3 months on Im still been billed from them for my Electricity even though they no longer supply it (confirmed by new supplier) I have called them 8 times now and each time I get the same 'Oh really that's a mistake we don't have your electricity' I have now had reminders & red final reminders for last month. As for the gas 3 months on & they still say they are not my supplier & I have not had a single bill from them but the refuse to release it to another supplier. AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGE
