I ordered a Reebok Z9 exercise bike which was delivered the next day. However, one of the leg stabiliser stops was broken. When I reported this to the Customer Care team they couldn't have been more helpful. They kept me fully informed of progress with daily phone calls and when it seemed that it may take more than a week to deliver the part, they even considered robbing the part from another bike in the warehouse to send to me. In the end the part arrived quickly. The customer care I received from Mike at Sweatband is without doubt the best I have received from any company. I will certainly be a repeat customer and will definitely recommend Sweatband to others.
