What else can you say about a company and a service that single-handedly changed the game in terms of purchasing and listening to music. And, in doing so, helped artists to collect their well-deserved fees instead of music pirates who were infiltrating the music distribution business.
Had an issue last year that involved a product return and refund. In addition to taking a couple of months and way too many hours of time (it became a part-time job), they refunded the money to the wrong party. To make a very long story, short, they did everything in their power to make their mistake my problem. I had the issue escalated to an executive resolution expert who continued to try and make me go away despite their mistake. It was, without question, the single worst customer service experience of my life. I am a professional who deals with a lot of corporations, not some whiny customer. In the end... I am out $2400 because Dell does not understand the value of their customers. If you do some research, you'll find that my story is not an exception. There are many people who have been wronged by Dell.
Have been using Amazon since they first opened. They are a company I trust to consistently deliver great service and products. On the rare occasion where I've had an issue, they are quick to resolve and have always done the right thing. I think that's an important measure when selecting a company to do business with.
Finding companies who provide great customer service is a challenge these days. In addition to providing the very best customer service, you can trust them to consistently deliver on their promises.
- Their web tools allow you to easily schedule and adjust your deliveries.
- Their prices, combined with their service, provide the best value out there.
- Outstanding variety of available pet foods, plus they carry the sometimes-hard-to-find premium brands.
- Product selector and product reviews are helpful in making purchase decisions.
Can't say enough about them. They're the best!
