A great service from Plumbnation, who have something that a lot of retailers don't these days - a professional yet friendly approach to customer service.


Terrible. The worst we've encountered by far!

Lost £100's worth of our stock and we're still yet to be compensated. Drivers don't scan the parcels, customer services are non-existent, one driver told me they auction off consignments they have no record of! That's comforting to know.

Worst Customer Support I Ever Experienced!

Ever since I decided to use BT Business Broadband & Phone, I have regretted it every day.

To this day, years after ending my contract, I am still being hounded by a 3rd party debt collection agency for a bill that wasn't even mine!

I called BT about it who told me the account had been closed and there was no need to worry. Thanks for nothing.


Very Poor Software

From a client's point of view, we were very disappointed with the software systems that Parcelforce provide. They are old-fashioned and flakey at best. Very poor technical support to back this up, in my opinion.

The actual delivery service isn't bad at all and with the Royal Mail collection centres, it makes it much better for home delivery than their competitors.

T Mobile

Have Been a T-Mobile Customer for Years!

I'm really really pleased with my current contract. Fantastic value for money! My signal isn't always the best but that be down to the iPhone 4. Looking forward to upgrading in July! :)


Bargain Items & Lightening Delivery

Alchemistic have some real bargains on offer, especially outdoor gear. I bought a tent and a camping table which I used in the summer. Cost me next to nothing and the only problem with it was a missing guy line!!

It was a fraction of the RRP!!
