Terrible service

Took delivery of a Transformer Prime as an upgrade to the TF101 I used to own. It's a great bit of kit but unfortuantly let down by the fact that the unit sent to is evidently faulty/ex-display.

Cosmetically it's got a scratched cover, all the rubber/plastic port protectors have been removed and generally a very scuffed appearance.

The rear facing camera is not working and there is a huge (size of a 5p coin) ultra bright dead-pixel area.

The box even has a support sticker on it which could not be missed by who ever picked it from the warehouse.

I was willing to swap this unit with a new, working item upon condition that this unit be handed over upon receipt of the replacement unit. Ebuyer were not having any of it and having dealt with their surly, obstructive returns staff I will be requesting a full refund and taking my business elsewhere.

I'm afraid that because of this Ebuyer has lost a customer of long standing who has spent £1000's with them over the years

Unfortunately, the faulty item does need to be inspected in our warehouse before a replacement item can be dispatched.

The usual turn around time for a return is 3-5 working days.

We appreciate your long term custom and I am sorry to hear this will no longer be continuing.
