Sorry for any problems. Around a third of our customers pay by Paypal with no issues. I've checked our system and there was no previous orders using Paypal from you. I can only guess that on the last checkout screen you've not pressed the 'Confirm' button when returning from Paypal? There are the occasional times when the Paypal link can be down, but this seems quite rare. When that happens it usually doesn't let you log into paypal, or not return from paypal to our website.
As soon as an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and there will also be an entry in 'My Account' page.
