I have placed several orders with Festive Lights and overall found their delivery service and products very good. I have also had occasion to return a few items because they were unsuitable. I rang to ask whether my items had been received back at the depot, which they had, but the girl I spoke to could not confirm that my payment card had been credited. I think an email from Festive Lights on receipt of the returned items would be really helpful. I have just returned some external Christmas lights, the flex was very thick, but I still do not know whether my account has been credited.
