I sold my flat in Iceland in 2006 and provided all the necessary papers and documents to the Danish authorities (including the Tax office).
The same year that I sold it, I had to visit the Danish Tax office 8 times, because the just could not understand that I had sold the flat and did not own a flat any longer. Finally, they got it right and it was corrected in their system.
Well every year since I get charged by SKAT for an appartment that I don´t have. And every year I bring them the papers from the Icelandic Tax Office (the papers are in Danish) that proof when I sold the flat. And every time SKAT says, okey now it´s been corrected, now you don´t have to worry... and still this happens again and again.
Last time I was down there I asked them for a signature or a stamp and a print out that would proof that they say my problem is fixed, but no, they wouldn´t do that for me.
I´m about to give up, getting stressed and ultimately sick because of this. I dare not open my tax papers for this year, I can´t deal with this problem one more time.
Bus number 4A from Femøren St. is never ever on time and this is supposed to be a starting point on the route. In some cases there are 2 buses holding at Femøren St. and still neither of them starts the route on time. They advertise that the bus runs every 4-6 minutes but usually its more like 8-15 minutes between. I use this bus every day and this has been like this for more than a year. I do notice that the 2A route seems to be better, but I don´t use it every day so I can´t tell for sure.
Today I was standing at Irlandsvej st and the bus (4A) simply drove past me! On the next bus, when I was planning to get off, the bus kept on driving past my stop and ended up letting me out in the middle of the road. This is just beyond anything I´ve experienced before. Generally the service and time schedules are crap within the Copenhagen Bus system, but the 4A line is just the worst I´ve experienced in my 10 years here in the Capital City.
I feel like Movia should be paying me, not the other way around.

I ordered a bike for my 3 year old and made sure I did so in good time for his birthday. It says on coop.dk that the delivering time for this product is between 3 and 5 days. Now it´s been 10 days and nothing yet. I´ve called customer service twice and the first time I was told that my order had actually been processed 7 days after I made it.
Well, I waited a couple of more days and called again only to get informed that now they don´t have a clue when I will receive the bike.
My son´s birthday is tomorrow and it looks like he won´t be getting his bike in time. Sad service for COOP. I have kept my part of the deal, and paid for the product, but COOP doesn´t keep their part of the deal, I guess that means "no deal".
I´m taking my business elsewhere next time, thank you.
