Good, but with room for improvement

Good service, excellent selection, but... it would be really helpful to be able to accumulate orders over sy 2-3 weeks in order to make the shipping cost (especially to outside of UK) more worthwhile. Often not all items are available immediately and with other online retailers there´s an option to reserve/put in omnibus orders and then have them shipped when everything is there. Thqat would make a world of difference to me.

everything got here in the end but...

All items arrived but I have a few points I'd like to mention. Firstly I was not kept very well up to date about how long it would take for the items to arrive, there was a long delay and I only got updated on request, other retailers do this automatically/voluntarily. Secondly and VERY annyoingly you slapped big "Chemical" stickers on the FRONT of all records, basically destroying the artwork of those that weren't shrinkwrapped - that's a product I am paying for and I expect to receive it in prime condition, meaning both the record and the sleeve it comes in. If you want to put a sticker on it, do it on the back, in a corner and A LOT smaller! This for me is reason enough not to order from you again unless you change this policy. Thirdly it would be good to have the choice of trakced and insured delivery as sometimes things get lost in intenrational shipping.
