i have dealt with yoyo on few accasion now. my most recent purchase from them included a pc which unfortunately proved to be faulty. a brief phone call to the tech guys , tried to help fix over the phone, didn't work. Arranged collection of the fault item and i recived a new replacement shortly after a professional bunch of lads that do not beat the bush, what a pleasant refreshing difference knowing that you are being dealt professionaly.
