My two Cavalier King Charles spaniels have developed a passion for Applaws dog food, which unfortunately is about as expensive as you can get. However, I trawled the net to see if I could buy this at a more reasonable price and found Pet Supermarket were selling it at an excellent price. I ordered a bulk buy and it was delivered well packaged approx 4 days later. My only small complaint is that I would have liked to have received a despatch advice, as I do try to be at home if I know a parcel is on its way, and this order turned up unannounced.
Filled in an email request for notification of a product being back in stock, not really expecting to hear anything. Email duly arrived, advising the rare rye whiskey was in stock. Ordered it immediately and it arrived the next day by courier. The packaging used was extremely impressive, resulting in its safe arrival. Faultless service and a fantastic range of products!
Wanted to order a pancake pan so contacted the company to ask if they actually had this in stock. They confirmed by return that it was in stock. I ordered it immediately and was advised delivery would be made within 10 days. Then, around the time it should have been delivered, they emailed me to say that there would be delay, again quoting a revised delivery date. That date arrived and the pan was not delivered. Contacted Wayfair to ask why it had not been sent, they merely said that it would be sent 'soon'. When asked why they initially said they had this item in stock, when clearly it was not, they simply ignored this question. Now realise this is just a ploy to get you to place an order and part with your money. Advised me a refund would only be made when they have confirmed that it has not been despatched - even though they apologised today for the fact that it had not been despatched!! Filed dispute with Paypal to get refund. Will NEVER EVER shop here again - take my advice and steer well clear of them.
Love the products Achica offer - great variety and excellent quality. The only problem I have encountered is with delivery. Achica state a delivery 'window' on their website but very often this is completely inaccurate - can cause difficulty if you are going on holiday, etc. Couriers they use are also very variable - I have just been notified of a delivery that would arrive in 1-2 days, but in fact, the courier took 7 days to deliver the package and Achica did little to advise me as to the reason for the delay. On the other hand, when items have failed to arrive, or were not acceptable, refunds are processed very quickly.
Order dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Jules but their leave a lot to be desired. Despite advising goods would be delivered on a certain date, they didn't turn up -and I stayed in all day to sign for them! Advised Jules and they did contact courier to confirm re-delivery but received no real apology from them regarding my totally wasted day, or any acknowledgement that the courier's performance was less than acceptable.
