It's just a shame that they have Yodel on their books, because they, i think let them down.
The live chat help is superb & the customer service is A+.
But as i said, they NEED to dump Yodel, because they are making them look bad.
It's amazing that a multi billion dollar company such as EA are so incompetent. I had my Xbox & Fifa 12 accounts hacked a few weeks ago & they didn't do A SINGLE THING to help me out.
They weren't interested one bit, even though THEY WERE THE ONES WHO GAVE THE "HACKER" MY DETAILS.
Disgrace of a company, run by idiots. The customers happiness isn't important to EA, just the money the get from them.
AVOID ALL PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE AN UTTER DISGRACE.
