Keep stock levels replenished so you can fulfil customers orders

placed an order for £40 + £4.99 P&P from 24 Studio a few days ago. Received an e-mail today stating the majority of my items were temporarily out of stock and to re order them the next time i make an order. NO THANK YOU STUDIO, I CAN ORDER VERY SIMILAR PRODUCTS ON LINE. You are charging me £4.99 for a fraction of my initial order expecting me to re order and pay P&P again.

You should be retaining customers by offering them alternative choices of colour etc.
and delivering out of stock items free of charge.

I have used this company before, but it only takes one bad experience to shop elsewhere, your reputation is as good as the last order delivered.

Due to the high demand of some products, we cannot always guarantee an accurate view of stock levels. I am sorry that you have been disappointed.

Very poor after sales service

Purchased a dishwasher September 2011. It broke down this week, I wasn't too stressed as I thought its under warranty. Made a call to commet service/repair line and even before I got through they informed me my call would be charged at 10p per min, needless to say they kept me waiting an unacceptable time to answer my call making money from my misery. I paid £399 for this dishwasher, it then breaks down under warranty and I pay again for informing them that I need an engineer to fix it. The soonest they could send someone out 5 days time
