Sounds like a review written by an employee perhaps, with such a glowing recommendation :-)
But it's true, the service from Kikatek has been excellent.
Fast delivery, good communications all the way.
Unfortunately I ordered the wrong products :-(
However, the returns process couldn't have been easier.
Again, good communications advising how to do it, confirmation of receipt of goods back, then advice of refund,
All happened within 24-48 hours of me popping the goods back in the post,
Probably better service than Amazon and many other big etailers.
Ok on despatching phones but as soon as you have a problem with a faulty handset, then good luck!
First, they'll try and claim they're not responsible in spite of legislation in the Sale Of Goods Act.
Then, when they finally take responsibility, it will take several weeks for a returns label.
The final nail in the coffin, few more weeks, promise to refund monies if they cannot fix/replace. 1 month later, still not had the monies credited to my card!
The worst technology e-tailer I've had the misfortune to deal with - AVOID, much better to deal with Amazon direct or any other retailer for that matter.
