I ordered a Cisco E2000 router, it arrived promptly but with european plugs - adaptors were provided (and charged for) but thats fine just a minor irritation.
That same evening I figured out that it didnt support the type of ADSL we had. Got in touch with Pixmania, they agreed to accept the return and refund except delivery charges. Only I had to post the item back at my own cost - back to France! Even though on the invoice that came with the item it stated quite clearly that if you are not happy with the item,please ring us and we will arrange a courier to collect the item. When I raised this with customer services I was simply told: No, we dont do that anymore.
It seems unfair that I had to pay quite considerate amount to post the item abroad (in the FAQ on the website it doesnt actually mention that returns would have to be posted internally), simply because the description of the item wasnt specific enough.
