ordered a blu ray player for my husbands birthday on Friday am. Price was £100 cheaper than other sites and after reading reviews decided to buy. Within seconds of order being placed I got a delivery date of the Monday. Amazed then that order arrived on the Saturday only 24 hours after placing the order. Really impressed with this company. Have used for other items in the past too and everyone from the couriers to the customer service staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a new Samsung TV for my husband. TV arrived within 2 days but was unfortunately damaged (slightly). Spoke to live chat and they said I could either have the TV collected, inspected and then replaced or as I live locally take it in for inspection. TV was bulky but duly repacked it and took it up to them in the back of the car. Manager came out and inspected the TV and a new one was despatched the same afternoon. The new one arrived the following day. Cannot fault their customer service at all who went out of their way to sort out a replacement and to get me a new one in the fastest possible time. Have bought from Dabs before and will do so again. You want "no hassle" buying then go to this firm.

GREAT FIRM - EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH

Having just had a distrastrous experience with another online retailer I wanted to make sure this company gets credit where its due.
This company have been excellent.
Ordered the washer after having been let down by another company. This company were polite and courteous and delivered on time. Great communication at all times. Even phoned when 30 minutes away so I knew to expect the delivery. Carried in the washer and unpacked it for me. Waited for me to inspect and didnt rush me to sign before I could check. Am delighted with my new washer and would definitely deal with this company again. Thank you for restoring my faith in onlne retailers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- Appalling Service

I ordered a washing machine online. Payment was taken within 60 seconds and I received an order confirmation the next day. I chose the company as they offered the product as IN STOCK and 1-3 days delivery. Being without a washer I thought this was a plus point. Chased them on several occasions for delivery and they always promised dates then nothing arrived. 3 times this has happened and finally today the washer turned up. THIS IS DAY 9. Great I thought! NOT GREAT. Driver didnt have a tail lift on van so wouldnt unload it and being 300kg and me having a hernia I couldnt do it. Promised they would definitely re- deliver today. Several phone calls later and the logistics company said they cant deliver today. So i asked them to refund me so I can go out and buy another. Suprise surprise they cant refund immediately! Customer service man extremely rude and not interested in helping. Lies and makes false promises. I work and cannot keep taking days off to wait in for something that never arrives. They told me they kept their side of the bargain by delivering today.I would laugh if it wasnt so farcical! Would never deal with them again and would never ever recommend to anyone.

ISIS REQUIRE ALL DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS TO REGISTER AND COMPLAIN AS DO PRICERUNNER THEY CANNOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT ANYTHING OTHER THAN PEOPLE REPORTING DIRECT. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO ACCURATELY REPORT ON THIS COMPANY SO WE CAN ENSURE OTHER CONSUMERS ON PRICERUNNER AND PRICE GRABBER ARE AWARE OF THE LEVEL OF SERVICE.
