I ordered mug cups from Debenhams online shop and mistakenly chose standard delivery. When the parcel was delivered I could not answer immediately so the delivery person had thrown the parcel over the back door onto concrete floor and the outer plastic bag was open when I found the parcel, some mugs damaged and the purchase note had gone missing.
So I had to call customer service (not free) and they arranged collecting the damaged items and sending replacements.
The courier compamy came to collect on the wrong day and they did not even give me a proof of return.
I did shop from a store several times, but people at checkout always give a scornful look at me when they realise I don't speak English properly.
The service they provide is way below standard. I really hope that they go out of business very soon.
