Wrong address. Not once but three times, which upset the delivery driver as well as me.
Didn't tell me the order was incomplete (no valves, no sink taps) until I telephoned and asked about them.
The kit itself was fine, especially the wall radiator & shower unit although the bath front panel is too flimsy.
Would I use you again? Probably.
Would I recommend you? Probably.
Although I'd keep a check via the 'phone to make sure all was under control.
