Very poor inefficient service and total lack of communication.
Ordered a camera on Jan 4th. Bitesize then emailed to say camera was not in stock so we cancelled order 11th Jan 2010. After emailing very often and reporting them to FTC in USA we still have not had our £217 put back onto our debit card. Do not use this company- the communication is dire and they are US based with UK email!!There is no phone for them either. All you get when you email is a generic reply basically telling you to have a niceday!!

Very good quick efficient service
We ordered a camera on 31st Jan and it arrived by DPD (exactly when it said)
on 3rd Feb so a very quick service. We then ordered another camera on 4th Feb and it has just arrived on 10th Feb in excellent condition. DPD carriers give you a delivery time within an hour which is great and which they stuck to with both deliveries. Simply Electronics emailed and kept in touch so we would easily use them again. Thank you Simply Electronics!!
