I placed my order and used my new name as the customer although my credit cards and id is still currently in my old name. I promptly received a phone call to let me know to bring the credit card and id when I go and get my tyres done. When I turned up to get my tyres done I produced my ID, they weren't too bothered about the card although I had that too. They told me it would take about 45 mins so I went to the shops. On my return the assistance was talking to me as if I knew what he was on about as no one had called to say the tyres had not been fitted, and once I received clarity he told me I would have to phone tyre shopper to get my money back, because the customer name and credit card details were different. Now had my ID and credit card been different I could totally understand, but I had my passport, various credit cards and my driving license all in the same name. At this point I would have normally just left and had it done elsewhere regardless of cost, but you already had my money. I phoned the freephone number from my mobile at the Tyre shop and was kept on hold for quite some time and wasn't too impressed with the operator who before I could finish speaking would just switch me back to hold. Eventually I was given the all clear to get the work done and had to wait another 20 mins or so, but by now I was very unhappy with the treatment and service and would really hesitate using this service again, in fact the very same day I MOT'd my other vehicle and it also needed tyres and I just called around myself and got a better deal than you were offering.
