I was advised our 5 van fleet did not have proper emergency supplies (triangle, fire extinguisher, first aid kits, etc) after the snow had already started falling last Friday. I logged onto EvaQ8, ordered the kits and they were delivered by UPS on Monday.
This was my first service call to RepairCare. My Zanussi ZWI 1225 was inoperable. The tech came out, said a part had to be ordered and would take 7-10 days to arrive. Two techs arrived this morning with the part (basically the sealed drum unit - which is most of the washer) and had it working before noon. I received calls from the Service Centre to verify the Techs were onsite and then a later call to make sure the machine was working and I was happy with the result. I am completely satisfied with the result and would definitely use Repaircare again. I also know the same call would have been higher through another Service Centre - and I have the quote to prove it. Repaircare was the right choice to make.
