What an absolute waste of time and effort, money and tears. So frustrating that even if you eventually get through to customer services they just spout a load of untruths to you. No sympathy, empathy or honesty to be seen.
It is supposed to be a "priority" now that it is 2 days late but still not important enough to be delivered until 3 hours after making a 20 min journey. WTF. According to the log it has been put on the van 3 times!
