Yet to have a problem-free delivery from them

I've used a number of companies who used Yodel for their deliveries and have yet to have a successful delivery or pick-up. All the usual problems and had my fair share of soaked packages - WE LIVE IN THE UK! IT RAINS! STOP LEAVING PACKAGES OUTSIDE!!

Good service, poor delivery

The customer service is fine but the delivery company they use - Yodel, is very poor. A shame because I may think twice about using them in the future as a result.

Avoid at all costs

I left a property over 2 months ago that First Utility supplied for Gas and Electricity. I am still waiting for my final bill to be recalculated and receiving threatening letters if I don't pay their incorrect bill!

Their 'customer services' are less than useless.

Pay more if you have to, just avoid First Utility at all costs!!

Great products & price, poor delivery.

I have always found the products and prices to be of the high quality I would expect, unfortunately the delivery has been consistently poor - twice I have had a package delivered to the back of my house and marked as delivered to a 'secure location'. However, this area is open and on both occasions it rained all day and the packages were soaked through.
