I ordered a towel from towels are us as a gift and so was very disappointed when it arrived and its box was very damaged and beaten up- it looked second hand and was ripped and squashed. I emailed towels r us directly to complain but have still not received a response after 2 weeks. I am very unimpressed with their customer service because of this as well as their bad packaging meaning it wasn't protected. I had to take the product out of the box and wrap it up but I will have to explain when she opens it what it is etc as the box would have done this which will ruin the giving of the present for me as it also looks very weird that it has no box. Unimpressed isn't the word especially as the postage was quite overpriced anyway - maybe they should spend some of that money on packing them better.
