I ordered a coat for my mothers birthday, just after a relitive who was suffering from cancer fell down stairs and was taken to hospital and later passed away in november, so we forgot to pay the £14.99 coat plus £3.99 p&p. They then sent a bill for £42.98 I told them what had happened and asked for a bill of the original amount, they contacted a dept collector who said they will be coming to my home and another £24 had been added to my account.
I have told them i was in dispute about the amount and just yesterday received a bill for over £90.
Plus all the calls we are getting at least 10 per day.
I have now been in contact with trading standards and plan to fight every step of the way. How do companies get away with treating people so badly.
