Customer couldn't care less

I spent £400 for a gift voucher for my husband. It arrived promptly which was good, and when he made an appointment with the experience company everything went smoothly. Unfortunately he was unable to use it and rang to canel the experience .

We then tried to use the voucher to book a hotel break but were told that the voucher had already been activated. I emailed customer services on the 4th of March asking about exchanging it, and asking for a reply as it is going to expire on 25th March, and I received an acknowledgement email from them. When I didn't receive a reply I sent another email on the 12th March, and again there was no response. Since the company says it endeavours to answer all email queries within four hours I don't understand what the hold up has been.

I have now tried phoning customer services during office hours but their phone lines were 'closed for a company meeting meeting'.

As it is a considerable amount of money which will go to waste if we can't exchange it, I am annoyed that they haven't even had the courtesy to send any type of response.
