I recently purchased the sim 600 deal with the intention of transferring my number from an existing provider,once I recieved the sim there was reception issues in my home.I contacted their technical department which assured me the matter would be resolved and it was safe to transfer my number.Now so many days without having a phone reception i called to cancel,this has only been slightly over a week since purchase!!! I called to cancel which i was told that early cancellation charge would result....what ever happened to consumer rights & fit for purpose...Now i will be contacting OFFCOM due to the fact if i cancel my payment for something that doesn't work my credit rating will be affected when they refer me to a bad debt agency....Totally Disgusted!!!Never again!!!
