I tried to leave an accurate (negative) review of a business that had paid to be listed on Qype. The business complained to Qype and without even contacting me, Qype removed my review. Regardless of the fact I had documented paper evidence of the facts to back up my review, Qype would not listen to my argument. There are now several glowing 5 star reviews for the business which I assume are fake, yet Qype seem happy to leave these showing. As a consumer I would not rely on Qype to show an accurate representation in their reviews at all.

I have ordered a couple of items from IGUK and have not had any problems. I have only given 4 stars because the prices do tend to be a little more than competitors I've looked at, but the experience overall was good. Items have arrived quickly and with no damage, packed well and I would order from them again.
I've ordered from Boardgameguru a few times now and only once have I not had issues with damage to the game boxes. One time the packaging was so badly damaged I had to contact the owner and ask for a replacement. I was a little annoyed if I'm honest because the outer packaging was not damaged, so my games must have been put into the outer boxes already damaged. Still to their credit I was offered the option to send them back for a replacement which I did and there was no issue. However on other occasions the boxes have only been slightly damaged yet still enough to annoy me, and I haven't bothered sending them back (my own fault I suppose). A shame really as it's really put me off buying there because I like my games to be mint, even the boxes, so I have to say I do find myself going elsewhere now even if they're not as cheap, just because of previous experiences with damaged game boxes.
