Purchased recently some swimwear from the website and paid immediately. As the delivery didn´t arrive on time, I sent an email asking the date of postage. First email was ignored, the second one received an answer.
Products arrived but didn´t like. So I returned them via 1st Class; after 3 weeks no refund was made. Contacted the retailer 3 times via email, as they don´t have any tel.no and all three emails were ignored.
Finally the 4th email got response after a week stating that they didn´t receive the products hence no refund. Asked them again what we can do to resolve the problem as I have a proof of postage attached to my email. No answer after 2 emails.
I lost 140 GBP and totally regret that I made the purchase!
