Oakfurnitureland
Top marks for service, products and delivery
I just had to contact Oakfurnitureland recently to thank them for a great customer experience.
My boyfriend and I bought two lots of furniture from them in the space of 12 months, the second lot because we were that impressed the first time around. Our first order was two bookcases, our second was bedroom furniture (mango chest of drawers and bedside tables). First off, what you get is really high quality products. They look great on the website but look so much better when you see them in front of you! Couldn't believe how beautiful the bedroom furniture was when it arrived.
When I wrote to them though, I wanted to thank the delivery people in particular because the service was superb. I can't count on my fingers the amount of times various delivery companies for other products (household appliances, workplace deliveries, etc.) have been a big let down and caused a lot of inconvenience. You really do give up! But these should take a leaf off Oakfurnitureland's book because their delivery service has been a breath of fresh air. They kept us in the loop about the delivery all the way, gave us a clear 3-hour slot and not only met it but actually beat it by coming 15 minutes early and importantly, they were courteous, professional and made the whole thing no hassle at all. Top marks. Please open a 'Great delivery service' academy...

Professional, courteous and reliable
I've used medicanimal.com only once but I was very happy with the service and the products. In terms of value for money, it is exceptional. Many items that I have seen on other websites are nowhere near it in terms of price and quality. I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them.
Healthysupplies
Suppliers don't often exceed my expectations...
I was really happy with this order for more than one reason.
The first has to be cost, as I had been looking for a supplier who could offer wholesome food for reasonable prices. Whilst I appreciate that some specialist products command higher prices, unfortunately the high street often really outprices itself.
Secondly, it has to be the selection. This was unexpectedly good - roasted buckwheat, wholemeal cous cous, quinoa, ... Loved it! I was specifically looking for quinoa but as I had never had buckwheat before, I tried it and really liked it, so I was chuffed to find something knew.
Thirdly, the company delivered really quickly, in well-packaged and cared-for boxes. Felt like a treat opening up my box!
All in all, I was really impressed with Healthy Supplies and I'm already planning another order.
