Product good,delivery service from parcel force worse than poor use another company to deliver your products.

Parcel force tried to deliver twice,second time l left a note to leave parcel round the back of house this didnt happen and the parcel went back to London depot,l phoned to have the parcel posted to my local post office which was fine and would be there for friday.
Friday came no parcel but a letter saying it was still at London depot
when l phoned to ask why they said it was to big to send to my post office and store ?? I then had to pay a further £5.50 to have it delivered to different address,on top of the postage that l have already paid! Use a different delivery company product might be good but l wouldnt know as l am still waiting for the parcel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we have not charged you any extra on the post cost, I can only assume that this was something that was charged directly by the couriers. We would always encourage customers to contact us if there is a problem with the delivery to enable us to sort this out directly with the couriers. We try very hard to despatch orders very quickly and it is very frustrating to hear that we have been let down by the couriers. If you do need any help please contact us.
