Beautiful Bouquet and delivered as ordered

I was ordering flowers for an aunt's 90th Birthday for several family members, so wanted it to be very special. After completing the order the computer went funny and I was unable to get confirmation of the order. I clicked on the appropriate tab to ask Serenata to call me, which they did very shortly afterwards. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and confirmed all the details of the order. He could not have been more helpful. The flowers were delivered as and when requested and my delighted Aunt rang up to say what a wonderful surprise and bouquet it was together with the additions we had ordered of a vase and chocolates. We are well pleased.
