PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT I MADE!I would not advise anyone to switch to this provider. My energy bill doubled in four weeks! Believe me this is no exaggeration.The amount I have been billed in these four weeks is a over a fifth of what I was quoted by first utility in the estimate for the whole year and with my family is already very energy conscious. Do the maths, does that sound like a good deal to you? I actually feel stupid for listening to these people I am counting down the days to switch back to my previous supplier. If you want to pay money to a company that is impossible to communicate with these jokers would be perfect. If you manage to get through to an operator in the first place I'd be amazed and if they were of any use to you when you did I'd be doubly amazed. Send them an email. They won't respond. Ring them and they cut you off. Ring them again and tell them they've cut you off, they promise that they'll ring you back. They won't ring you back. Ring them and tell them they didn't ring you back. There's no one to speak to you. I wondered why I'd never heard of this company when it sounded so good. I wish I never had.
