I was appawled when, in my last flight with Ryanair when I realised that, at the time of boarding, unlike with other companies when people with children under 5 can board after the speedy boarders, people had to queue, children or not children. I travel with a baby and a 3 year old and it makes it a lot more difficult to be in the queue all the time until you can board as the eldest child wants to run, or go to the toilet, etc. This, on top of what this company charges for almost everything, is unacceptable.
I finally received the item but with a lot of delay. I ordered on the 24th December and arrived in February. To start with the communication was ok, I was told that the item was delayed a couple of times. However at some point I was told that, since I had cancelled the order, I was not going to be charged for it. I immediately contacted the company to tell them that I still wanted the order. The called me straight away, apologised, the order went through and I received the order within one or two days. I love the item and the communication was good, with except the cancellation. I wanted my item for little Xmas (6th Jan) which is when we give the presents for Xmas, but ended up giving it to my son for his first birthay last week and he loves it. I am going to order another one for my nephew.
