I did not receive an order confirmation email so was worried there was a problem (from reading reviews now, this appears to be the norm - wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Serenata). Got an email from them yesterday at 7.50am telling me that order had been dispatched. Phoned mum to tell her delivery was being made that day. Telephone number given in Serenata's email is no longer in use. No information about tracking the order in email from Serenata but found it after Google search. Mum waited in all day, wasting her time and ending in disappointment - no flowers at all for Mother's Day. I have work commitments so can't see my mum today for Mother's Day - the flowers were supposed to make up for that. Thankfully, I had got her another gift from reputable company, so I'm not completely in her bad books today. My advice - if you want someone's day to be lifted by sending them a bouquet, DON'T USE SERENATA FLOWERS! It's not worth the risk. I'm very disappointed and upset.
