Jacamo are utterly incompetent

Due to Jacamo's spectacularily insecure website, my first contact with them was someone ordering goods under my name. They then failed to correct this after I asked the account to be closed, resulting in more goods being purchased. They then failed to call off a debt collector despite repeated requests and threats of legal action. Finally they stung my credit rating under the psuedonym of "Melgold Ltd T/a The Country Garden". The only phone number they list charges you 10p a minute and leaves you in a queue for upwards of fifteen minutes. Jacamo are a nasty nasty company. Have nothing to do with them.
