I ordered a phone through e2save back in February... the order was processed quickly, phone delivered on time in good order, all seemed well and good but subsequently found that the "gift" that came with the phone was not originally the one I asked for.
My initial attempts at resolving the gift issue were frustrating to say the least... e2save did not want to amend the gift until they had run another credit check on me, did not like this as multiple searches on your credit report does affect your rating... e2save would not initially reverse their decision and would not supply a valid reason for having to re-run a credit check.
Email correspondence for the most part went unanswered, eventually I called and the gentleman I spoke to was most helpful, mine was a telephone order, he got a copy of the call (they do record!), and found that e2save had balls'd the order up... he resolved the matter within 2 days, correct gift was sent out and everything is now in order.
3 Stars becuase my experience was so so... primarily because of the customer service... I wouldnt not recommend e2save but at the same time I wont shout praise. Would I use them again... possibly yes.
