poor info

i order from this website and said take up to a week to be drop off i got no info from the compan until i had to mail them to tell me one of the items was out of stock still understand why the other items was not shipped as they in stock my order then took over two weeks for it to come and got no sorry it was out of stock email if i didnt contact them they would of never told me it was poor form for a web base company if something out of stock email the user to let the know

i will not be passing this website to people i know

another big company not looking after its customers

i did use to use monster website alot but after i had couple of items not left at my door but thrown over the fence and even damage box given in my hands and been told by company drops it off take it up with monster . then when you do they say nothing to do with us all about putting the blame on other people very poor customer services and the best email i got back from monster was " well the goods were all ok only the box " and we dont do refunds . thats why i stopped using there site and only use if my other places have run out. but still the best is there 3-5 days drop off more like 5-7 days . i did really want put something nice about them but the customer service people really need putting there heads in cold water cause you dont talk to customers like that

I've looked at your order and you ordered it on a free delivery (3-5 days) and it was signed for 3 days working days later.

Box damage may occur from general handling and such, if the products are damaged that's a different story which we'd deal with.

Our customer service staff are very polite and help people out throughout the day.

Leaving a 1 star review because your box is damaged, seems a bit extreme.
