Trustpilot

This website is too open to abuse by companies.

I was trying to review a company that pays for old laptops, however trustpilot has clearly been conned, upon checking the reviews I find that they are all 4 or 5 stars, with generic names each with only one review bar one of the 58 reviewers, upon trying to review the said company i was asked to enter a valid reference number however this would not recognise my reference number, as such it is clear the company has conned trustpilot via their said reference numbers and won't allow people who don't know what they have told trustpilot to review them, this is awful and for a website that has trust in its name there is absolutely no way you can trust them. (sellusyorlaptop.co.uk) is the company i was trying to review.
