The service received from this company was nothing short of outstanding. I bought a lovely Joules polo shirt in their sale which was well priced, and it was delivered for free the next morning. Highly recommended
I bought a sink from this company, a very good quality one, and they sent it out without fixing clips. I noticed this and I asked them to send some. They did so within 3 days. Unfortunately I later found they had sent the wrong ones, something I was not aware of, not being a plumber. By the time it became apparent I had fitters in the house re fitting my kitchen and the whole job was held up for want of these clips. Nothing, it seems to me, is urgent to these people and to talk to someone via their premium line is very very costly indeed. You have to go via e mail which is slow. The clips arrived several days later, a day after promised, this time the right ones. However Taps UK cost me a lot of additional money and a great deal of stress indeed. They placed the blame on their supplier. I could say more , but will leave it at that and will pursue compensation without any great hope. I honestly wish I had never seen their advert. Would I buy again from them - No. Should you buy from them, read my review and then decide!
We bought a new Bosch gas hob from the electric shop.
It was at a good price, and we were contacted almost immediately to be told when it would be delivered.
Unfortunately the date we were initially given was later contradicted by the carriers e mail which indicated that delivery would be a day earlier, and this was when it came.
This may well have been simply a genuine error on behalf of the staff member, or a communication issue with the carrier, so I would not take issue with it. The hob came when the carrier indicated it would so there was no inconvenience to us. we would certainly use this retailer again
