Placed order for a code and it came through almost instantly. Second time I have ordered now and again no issues.

Have to admit that the first time I was wary but after reading reviews on TrustPilot I took the plunge - go for it!

Great Website!

I stumbled across this site while looking for some salon style hair products. I'd never heard if it before and was slightly wary but decided to give them a try. The website looks professional, prices and delivery is competitive too. Would definitely use again for my hair products.


Unhelpful, Dont Care Attitude

Spent fifty pound on a voucher, could not contact vendor to redeem. Living social refused to refund or credit account. Definitely do Not use this company, I certainly will not use again.


2 Orders - No Major Problems

I recently placed 2 orders with Sarenza. The first one took ages to come but I did put this down to all the Jubilee bank holidays that were happening around the same time. When the shoes did arrive I wasnt overly impressed with the quality of the shoes, they were Carvella and I did wonder if they were seconds as they were marked and damaged in some places. I sent both these pairs back for a refund. I received refund for one pair but not the other pair however a quick phone call and the refund was received in the next couple of days.

I ordered another 2 pairs of shoes which arrived much quicker than the first order, again not the best condition but they were Carvella so not sure if this is Carvella issue or if Sarenza are buying up damaged shoes to sell on. I have now sent one of these pairs back and await refund but after first order I dont have any worries.

Brand Alley

Shoddy Customer Service, They Dont Care

I have recently had two instances of bad customer service from Brand Alley.

The first was that I ordered an expensive wallet and it arrived with the packaging and box damaged, with a horrible photocopied price tag. This was a gift for Father's Day and I really was not happy about giving it to my dad. I did of course remove the photocopied price tag. I really did question the authenticity of Brand Alley's merchandise when I seen the state this wallet was sent to me. No delivery refund was offered which I thought was shocking as the packaging arrived burst and the box containing the wallet badly damaged.

Secondly I ordered 2 pairs of Vivienne Westwood shoes, after a long period of waiting (and them having my money) they finally emailed to advise that one of the pairs would not be delivered, I emailed to cancel the whole order and luckily this was done quickly however this could have been due to the fuss I made about the horrible wallet.

I wouldnt use Brandalley again, good luck to anyone who does.

Furniture Point Limited

Urgh I wish I Had Googled This company before i ordered

Terrible delivery service, please do not order from this company, I ordered 2 items of furniture from them and as I live in "the country" (large town just outside Glasgow) they would only deliver to the pavement outside my property. The girl on the phone made it sound like I was ridiculous expecting the delivery company to deliver to my flat, I think its ridiculous that they expect me to pay £20 delivery to have the items dumped on the pavement outside my flat! They are also threatening to charge delivery even though they did not deliver. Nice professional website but do not be fooled by the prices. Use another company, be warned. I have now waited almost 2 weeks on an email advising when I will receive my refund. I've taken legal advice and am patiently awaiting their response to my requests both on email and telephoned.

These areas are clearly listed on the website and also written into the Terms and Conditions you tick to acknowledge before placing your order. Your Post code PA4 is one of these Areas, we deliver to your area on a pallestised service for £19.99, for orders over £350 we deliver for Free.

I'm not aware of anybody threatening to charge you for the failed delivery as we have a 7 days no fuss returns policy whereby we collect items free of charge.

I have also looked into your refund which was processed as soon as we received the stock back 4 days ago??

Friendly Hassle-Free Purchase

I ordered a bed from StyleOurHome, I had to call the company a few times and they were always friendly and helpful and would even phone back if I missed their call.
Good prices & good website also.
