I found that the customer service from Seapets was one of the best I have experienced. They were very helpful and dealt with my questions quickly. The products are top quality products that are sold at a price that is better than other retailers. I purchased a Fluval Roma which Seapets includes a range of items to get you started such as gravel and backdrop, they even upgraded the filter for me so I only had to pay the difference between the two. The local fish specialist could would not do any extras and would only sell the tank and cabinet which worked out £40 more than Seapets. Great value for money. I had a really good experience as a customer and can only say thank you and recommend Seapets.
