AVOID AVOID AVOID

REQUESTED REFUND ON 19 APRIL 2013 AND RECEIVED BACK TO MY CARD THIS MORNING, 25 APRIL 2013. IMPRESSED WITH THIS AS IT WAS WELL WITHIN THE 30 DAYS, READING OTHER REVIEWS I DO CONSIDER MYSELF TO BE VERY VERY LUCKY. DESPITE THIS I HAVE REQUESTED THAT MY ACCOUNT BE CLOSED AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I WILL BE DEALING WITH WAE+ AGAIN. TOO STRESSFULL AND UNRELIABLE. DID CONTACT CARD COMPANY AND TRADING STANDARDS, MAYBE THIS HAD SOME IMPACT, I'M NOT SURE.

STILL NO SIGN OF PROCESSOR, AGAIN TOLD NEXT WEEK. REQUESTED A REFUND TODAY, 19 APRIL 2013.

I ordered a processor and memory from this company on 26 March 2013. paid for by credit card. I received the memory on 6 April 2013, bearing in mind the Easter break this was acceptable. However the processor was not in the delivery so I contacted WAE+. I had three attempts to get through to them on the phone after being left listening to music after entering Option 1 for an order query. First two calls I got fed up after waiting 10 minutes or so each time, tried a third time and got through after about 6 minutes. Spoke to a gentleman called Adam who was very helpful and told me that the processor was not in stock but it was expected in 1-3 working days and should be with me by the end of the week. I messaged them on 10 April to enquire if the processor was in stock and as of today have not received a reply. Rang this morning and eventually got through to an office in India. Was told that the processor was not in stock and should be with me next week. I asked if this could be guaranteed to be told "I hope so". Not good enough so I asked for a refund, only to be told a refund would issued within 30 days. Again not good enough. Decided to leave the order and wait and see what happens. In the meantime I am still trying to make contact with Adam so rang a different number I found but again, went through to an Indian call centre. Will perhaps wait until the end of next week to see if I receive the processor, if not I will be contacting my credit card company and Trading Standards. I WOULD ADVICE ANYONE NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN.

Excellent Customer Service

The customer service at Plumbworld in absolutely brilliant. We had a couple of items damaged when they arrived but this was resolved extremely efficiently. Will definitely order from Plumbworld again and will certainly be recommending them to family and friends. Excellent, thank you so much.
