easy to use website, their product ranges are superb and the prices are very competitive. good customer service. swift delivery. Yep, think that covers it nicely.

Never got my order
Been sent an e-mail to give a review - but never received the product I ordered. I was supposed to get a discount, but it looks like they gave me a full refund and I'm guessing that as a result, they never sent me the item.

great site - HEEUUUGE variety
A great variety of brands and types of pens. Only slight negative is that the multi-packs always seem to be of a single colour pen, even though there might be a dozen individual colours. They could offer a discount for buying all 12, even if it doesn't come as a pack - and a 1-click option to buy all colours, on each of the pen types. If it comes in black, blue and red and you want all three, 1-click and a price for all three. Done. So many less clicks for your customers.
