Almost perfect

We moved into our new home which had no appliances - we were recommended AO by a relative and went about ordering several items. Our only problem was with a cooker we ordered that arrived from the manufacturer to AO damaged - they called us straight-away and gave us options - we had to go with a refund as there wasn't a similar product AO could provide us - we wanted a cooker with a induction hob rather than traditional halogen or hot plate types. AO were great - the delivery company they used were very helpful - even when it was raining and they were already soaking wet - they managed to get a large american fridge freezer through our back door!! Will definitely use them again. The refund was processed in two days so we were not out of pocket very long at all!

Appliances Direct

Low Prices but High Delivery Costs

Our experience with Appliances Direct was easy and simple, our original supplier of our cooker let us down as they received damaged goods (at least they didn't send them out to us). Appliances Direct had the same cooker and were able to deliver in two days, although they were cheaper in terms of the cost of the actual appliance I was shocked at the cost of the delivery compared with other online retailers - this was the only downside in the whole experience apart from them not offering installation on any cookers - but this seems to be the norm rather than the exception.


Make money on your normal purchases

I have been a member of quidco for a year and a half and have been very happy with the site. It allows me to purchases items I would normally but receive additional cash back on them.
The time from purchase to payment is sometimes a little long but at the end of the day it is money I would not normally have received so comes as a nice little bonus.
So all in all very happy.

I have purchased from The Whisky Exchange several times over the past year and have always received exceptional service. My boyfriend loves Irish Whisky and I have always been able to find the perfect bottle to treat him on special occasions or just because he deserves it.
Very occasionally they are beaten on price by high street supermarkets but this is very few and far between and because they are specialists they provide reviews and further information about the actual bottles and how other purchasers have described their taste which you will never get from the supermarkets.
Their range is second to none and it has given me the confidence to buy bottles I have never tried before because I trust them.
