Still waiting on delivery. Will we ever see it?

Despite being promised a furniture delivery in 2 to 6 weeks we are still waiting 12 weeks later. Without chasing we were never updated on revised delvery dates. Promises to chase the furtniture clearly never happened. Despite taking our money in January we still have no goods to show for it.

Thanks for your comments, and we appreciate your feedback greatly. We offer our sincerest apologies for the delay you have experienced when ordering with us.

The furniture you have purchased is made to order, and so is put into production as soon as the order is placed. In this case, production has taken longer than expected, pushing your delivery date back by a number of weeks. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We have requested a firm delivery from the dispatch department and expect this to be provided shortly. When this comes through, it will be passed on immediately. We understand that these issues have caused some frustration, please quote your reference number for £25 off any future order with us as way of apology for this.
