Very reliable service
I have purchased several items from this company over the last 2 months and the service has been very quick and efficient. Any queries are answered immediately by the people answering the phone who know what they are talking about. The Courier system is also spot on.

There is always someone to speak to and help you
Regularly order paraffin and it is delivered quickly (have also bought other items satisfactorily). The internet ordering falls down where it has to add on the delivery charge as it only adds for one item and this has resulted in delays in Charlies having to contact me for the extra shipping cost. I am now tuned in to this problem so that I now do the internet order with paypal and then ring them and pay the extra by credit card over the phone - this is a bit cumbersome and could do with sorting out. However all queries are sorted our immediately by speaking to a pleasant and efficient PERSON ( i.e no pressing different buttons and no robots) which is most important and things are put right without any fuss.
Will happily continue to use Charlies Direct.
