Infurn have completely failed to respond to my enquiries over a period of 5 months (Nov 2011 - March 2012), whilst steadily continuing to try to sell me other products.
Order cancelled, but no refund for delivery charge as promised.
I presume they are propping their business up with all the Groupon p&p charges they have not refunded.
Another beanbag p&p victim here. No customer responses at all - despite countless computer generated emails promising me their attention.
How much money are the holding that should have been refunded to Groupon customers (Groupon are not dealing with this well either).
As with many contributors below - I have ended up with an inferior product (bl**dy single skin beanbag and polystyrene beads everywhere) delivered months late, missed christmas, had to purchase extra gift for child.
My main concern is that Groupon is not taking responsibilty for Infurn's failure to respond to customers needing delivery charge refund.
Groupon do not seem recognise that this, combined with all the other bad press at the moment is damaging their reputation beyond belief.
