The order was handled in an extremely timely manner and delivered very quickly!
Only negative comment is that when placing the order you can indicate whether or not the parcel can be "delivered" if you are not home. Despite the fact I said the parcel could be left by the front door, Post Danmark took it with them so I had to go to the post office to pick it up. So, why have the option to indicate alternate delivery if it isn't carried out?
Delivery is from day-to-day. Like the fact that there are so many options of where the parcel can be picked up! Beats missing delivery from Post Danmark and having to go to the Post Office the next day! Will always choose GLS if it is an option.
The web site was easy to use, once the order was placed it took only 2 days before I could pick up my goods. Despite the fact that I was not able to select GLS delivery on the web site (the function didn't works that day), I sent a mail to the customer service address asking that the goods be sent via GLS and not Post Denmark. This was not a problem and I could pick up my parcel at my local Kiosk the next day. A really good shopping experience!
