Products were delivered with a slight delay but that was survivable although no info had been passed to me about this. Now the products i.e. two dresses were not as expected and I want to return them. Completely impossible ! They want pictures of why they don't fit claiming it is because they are hand-made. Why is that important ? And why they don't fit is none of their concern. They refuse to give me the required RMA number without which I cannot return the goods. I have written 4 times without replies and complained strongly to them - no answer. Moreover I have received a huge customs and duties bill which was never mentioned anywhere. Had it been I would not have shopped here. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable company.
One week later and this is becoming ridiculous ! I was promised a full refund but nothing has happened since. They wrote to me in a seperate mail away from this forum to say that I would only get the refund if I removed my rating from Trustpilot. I am completely astounded. How dare they ! I have never been treated like this before by any online shopping site. I hope they live up to their claims about customer service being their top priority very soon so I can stop spending my time getting my money back !
